Six years ago, Moses handled my mother-in-law’s funeral, and his professionalism and thoughtfulness left a deep impression on us. In fact, we chose him again six years later for my mother’s funeral entirely because of Moses himself. The Moses team’s service was as reassuring as ever, truly providing a one-stop service from start to finish. Every step was meticulously arranged, seamlessly connected, without any carelessness or haste, giving the family immense psychological comfort. What moved our whole family even more was that Moses truly treated us as friends. Even for matters completely outside his scope of service, he assisted us wholeheartedly without complaint as long as we asked. At the time, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to pay for our mother’s memorial tablet at the Zidu Temple, causing us great anxiety. After contacting Moses for assistance, based on the deep trust we had placed in him over the past six years, he immediately and generously offered his help, remotely paying over $17,000 to the temple via PayNow, allowing us to proceed smoothly. In particular, we are deeply grateful to consulant Moses for his patience, responsiveness and attentive guidance throughout the entire process. He consistently update us through Groupchat and kept us informed in advance of the next steps and provided timely reminders which gave our family great assurance and peace of mind.

One of the most memorable and meaningful parts of the experience was during the ash collection. Moses took the time to explain and analyse the remains with our family in a very specific and respectful manner.
